    As Director of the BILL OF RIGHTS DEFENSE COMMITTEE Call a PRESS CONFERENCE to uphold the integrity of the Constitution due to corruption in the entire Judicial Branch which is using its power to conceal corruption in the Judicial Branch. Every GENERATION IS ENTITLED TO THE CHECKS & BALANCES to secure the rights guaranteed under the Bill of Rights which are the rights government must protect.

Government’s power is limited so as not to violate those rights guaranteed to the people which in this case the Judicial Branch refused to comply with the DEMANDS OF THE CONSTITUTION TO FREEDOM, EQUALITY, JUSTICE, the 1st amendment right to redress government, & the right to freedom of the press to conceal corruption in the Judicial Branch. THE BORDC MUST CALL  A  PRESS CONFERENCE THIS MAY 17, 2016 BECAUSE FAILURE & YOU ARE ONLY FAKING TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION EVIDENCE BY NO ACTION.

    The BILL OF RIGHTS ARE RIGHTS GOVERNMENT MUST PROTECT. The abuse of power starts in the INDIANA COURT’S denying the right to due process in violation of the 14th amendment & the UNALIENABLE RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL BY AN IMPARTIAL JURY GUARANTEED BY THE 6th AMENDMENT. ( unalienable meaning - CANNOT BE TAKEN AWAY OR DENIED ) The corruption denying these rights are in every Branch of the Indiana government from the legislature of Indiana Senator Vaneta Becker, to Judicial Branch of Judge David Kiely, to Executive Branch of Governor Mike Pence who refused to inform the public so as to continue running a corrupt government.     There is an EVIL ACT to PREVENT freedom of the press which is guaranteed by the 1st amendment right to free speech - press. BORDC and DDF have merged!

In 2015, the Bill of Rights Defense Committee and the Defending Dissent Foundation agreed to merge to place both organizations and their respective supporters in an even stronger position to help restore constitutional rights eroded by executive agencies.

While BORDC was established to fight the PATRIOT Act in the wake of its passage under the Bush administration, DDF was founded decades ago to fight the McCarthy-era witch hunt that targeted law-abiding Americans on the basis of their political beliefs. Both organizations are committed to popular constitutionalism, and work with grassroots Americans from all walks of life to help them raise their voices to confront the national security state.

Dear Jesha, Frederick Douglass said “power concedes nothing without a demand.” Nowhere is that more clear than in the promise of the Bill of Rights. While the principles of the Bill of Rights animate our work, throughout our history our very government has denied those rights to its own people. And whole swaths of people, whether because of their race, gender, sexual orientation, or class, were never intended to receive the protections of the Bill of the Rights. This is the case of government denying the rights guaranteed under the Bill of Rights so PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH & GIVE ME A PLATFORM TO PRESENT THE CHECKS  & BALANCES BEFORE THE AMERICAN PUBLIC TO PROVE CORRUPTION IN THE  ENTIRE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT THIS MAY 17, 2016.
